SPOUSE VISA

SPOUSE VISA

One of the two types of visas given by Canadian Immigration is a spouse visa. Unlike other forms of visa, which are temporary residents, the Canadian spouse visa is a Permanent Resident Visa. The Canadian Spouse Visa is available to citizens who are married to Canadian citizens or Canadian permanent residents. Those who were given the visa could reside and work in Canada. The spouses of the candidates for this sort of visa must sponsor them. It is possible to apply for sponsorship whether the person being petitioned lives inside or outside of Canada.
