However, certain information may be shared with relevant third parties required for the immigration process, such as government bodies, Visa Immigration departments, and case officers. • Refund Policy:

Yash Global Consultants follows a transparent refund policy. The customer agrees that they will not be eligible for a refund if they wish to terminate their agreement with our services and withdraw before Yash Global Consultants submits the client’s Immigration and/or Visa application.

Clients may choose to cancel or withhold their application at various stages of the process without claiming any refund from the company, even if it is on the following day after signing the contract. Once the agreement is signed, Yash Global Consultants will not refund the amount, as all the information and process details were explained in good faith, providing accurate details as per the existing rules and regulations of the respective country to file the client’s application.

• Non-Refundable Scenarios:

There are certain instances where no refund will be provided, including but not limited to:

• Client failing the medical examination;
• The client has a criminal record;
• Client’s insufficient proficiency in the English language;
• Client’s inability to provide relevant documents as per the requirements;
• Changes in criteria or corporate changes by the respective government authorities.

Additionally, no refund will be issued in case the client does not qualify for the program applied with Yash Global Consultants due to reasons such as medical ineligibility, security issues, misrepresentation of information, insufficient information, insufficient funds, language proficiency points lost, misleading information, point losses due to non-accredited or false credentials, points lost on work experience due to unsatisfactory evidence, non-submission of complete/required documents within the stipulated time, changes introduced by relevant government offices retroactively affecting the client’s case, non-cooperation from the client or the client’s dependents, or any other violation of contractual clauses.

• Special Consideration Refund:

In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Yash Global Consultants’ legal team, against our terms and conditions. The refund application will be processed within 90 working days if approved.

• Retainer Agreement:

For complete information and all relevant clauses, kindly refer to the retainer agreement signed by both parties.
